Our Mini “Kilt” has a hemline that varies from just above the knee to mid thigh.
Features:

– Buckle fastenings
– Pleats and fringed edges
– A softer structure intended to accentuate & flatter the figure
– Cut on the bias with a layered handkerchief hemline
– Dry clean only
